Manhattan Community Board 10’s Housing Committee invites you to participate in our 2025 Harlem Housing Forum on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Thurgood Marshall Academy for Learning & Social Change, 200-214 West 135th Street New York, NY 10030.

The forum is from 9:30am – 3:30pm for workshops, panel discussions, and a community town hall addressing the urgent need for housing preservation and affordability in our neighborhoods. The event will kick-off with a panel discussion at 9:45am, and with various panel discussions between 10:40am – 11:50am and 12:55pm to 2:05pm. The final panel discussion will be a Downhill discussion with elected officials to ask question about housing and affordability from 2:15pm – 3:15pm.
