Hot Bread Kitchen’s Free Culinary Fundamentals provides essential technical and professional culinary skills and places program graduates in high-quality jobs in the food industry.
Interviews for the last cohort of the year at Chelsea Market will begin on the week of September 19th. This 5-week training will run September 25th- October 27th, Monday- Friday 10 am-3 pm. Daily metrocards and stipend are provided during the first four weeks of training. Applicants must submit registration form to be invited to interview.
No experience is needed to join the program! This program is tailored for women, non-binary, and genderqueer individuals who are passionate about cooking and are interested and available to work full-time in entry-level job roles across the food industry.
